“Whoosh!  The leather pigskin spiraled effortlessly through the air. It landed not in two hands, but in between a student’s knees!”    – 7^th grade student

Students, teachers, staff, parents, and special friends all come together to celebrate the season on the day before the winter break with a friendly afternoon of flag football.  During the Holiday Bowl, a tradition started in 2006, the school splits into several teams that play tournament-style with the top two teams competing for the prized “Golden Football.”  The winning team gets to sign the ball which is then placed in a glass case with golden footballs of past triumphs.

Hot chocolate, snow flurries,  mud and lots of laughs usually characterize the event.
