Please note: If you must withdraw your child from the program between the day your registration is received and two weeks prior to the start date of the program, $35 of your payment is non-refundable. There is no refund for withdrawals occurring within two weeks of the start of the program. Full refunds will be issued for registered participants in the event Harford Friends School cancels a program.

There is some flexibility in age level requirements depending upon child's maturity. Individual program instructors will make decisions regarding the age-appropriateness of their program.

Classes will be held if there is sufficient enrollment. When sufficient enrollment is reached, parents will be notified. Approximately two weeks prior to the class, parents will also receive a letter from the teacher describing the program and any special activities such as field trips associated with it.

All programs will be held in the Schoolhouse at Little Falls Meeting of Friends at 719 Old Fallston Road, Fallston, Maryland. Snacks will be provided. Children are to bring their own lunches. Refrigeration is available, except during field trips. If a field trip is planned, parents may be asked to chaperone and/or drop-off and pick-up children at the alternate location.

As participants may have noted in our print advertising, there is an additional activity fee, not to exceed $30, with each program this year. Unfortunately, at the time of printing our brochures the fees were not determined. The fees are nominal and are designed to cover expenses directly associated with your child's program including special materials, activities, CPR and 1st Aid certification of Summer Learning Program teachers and staff, and snacks. The Activity fee for this summer's programs are:

Once a completed Registration Form and payment have been received, you will be mailed a Child Health History Form and Emergency Information Form for each child enrolled in the program. Please return both completed forms to the address listed above to ensure your child’s admittance to the program.
